
Global Programme. The Global Seabird Programme (GSP) addresses seabird conservation issues at a global level through regional and global policies and engage relevant stakeholders regionally and internationally to reduce the incidental mortality of seabirds by fisheries, particularly in respect of long-lining.
Countries involved: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Uruguay and the US.
